The Manghalam group was founded in Trichy in 1986 as a pioneer in flat promotion and has expanded over three decades to become one of the city’s major brands. In 2009, the group expanded its footprint by opening Manghalam Towers – Commercial Mall, Hotel High Point in 2012, High Point Serviced Apartment in 2016, and Manghalam Weddings & Convention Centre in 2019

A partnership formed over the years between the travel fraternity and the High Point team that has allowed it to grow to where it is today. Thinniyam Hotels Private Limited, a hospitality firm with over a decade of expertise, runs Hotel High Point and High Point Serviced Apartment.
